The staff is amazing. I was checked in by Monique she was so helpful, excellent customer service. Rooms very quiet and clean. I love Downers Grove so excellent location.
I think what others don't understand is this location has changed to residential with great and better new management. They don't provide regular hotel amenities. So others get to the hotel expecting a different experience Best price in the area otherwise if you don't mind washing your own sheets. Great customer service. Martha the manager goes out her way to accommodate and make sure you're comfortable in your long stay. Would choose this location overall. The only thing I didn't like is they don't take out the garbage. We have to do it ourselves. I'll keep choosing this location over the excessive fees any other place.
